Payments development

Payments development at Nerdjango Labs covers money movement software in two modes: orchestration above multiple providers, and cross-border corridors with onchain rails.

Payment orchestration

Payment orchestration is the connective layer we build above the providers and rails, so your product calls one API instead of integrating every provider itself.

  • Routing across providers and rails
  • Retry and failover when a provider degrades
  • Reconciliation between the product ledger and provider records

Cross-border corridors and onchain rails

Corridors are engineering scope for us, not a network we operate. The work covers the fiat flows between African markets and the onchain rails your product needs.

  • Fiat collection and payout flows built per corridor
  • Onchain rail integration across several chains

Cross-border corridors are named as NGN, GHS, KES, and ZAR, alongside multi-chain onchain rails.

Planbok's wallet infrastructure supports 40+ chains, and the runtime truth for a given environment is GET /v2/tokens/metadata.

What the work changes

You end up with one integration to maintain instead of one per provider, and a ledger that reconciles against provider records.

Build versus operate

We are the engineering vendor here. This page is where our work stops and the operator's licensed activity begins.

Nerdjango builds payment software for licensed operators, who keep their licence, merchant contracts, and funds.
